    That’s such a small portion of serial! No wonder I’m not loosing weight! I guess I have to rethink my portion sizes. Thanks for actually showing how much a healthy portion is.

    if you can find some with brown rice then it wouldn’t be a cheat meal :) .. otherwise the sticky white rice counts against you :(

    The point was, I believe, that white potatoes offer simple starch to your body, which if not burned off, turns straight into fat. While we need carbs to function, getting your carbs from sweet potatoes is a much healthier option because they are stuffed full of things such as Vitamin A (one sweet potato offers 337% of your daily amount, actually!), magnesium, vitamin B6, and fiber (especially if you eat the skins).

    WHAT THE HELL? There is nothing wrong with normal potatoes. They are suuuper natural and really healthy. 100g only have 70cals wich is like nothing!

    My fav cheat is pinkberry! Hazel nut yogurt with lots of almond roca, yogurt chips, mochi, chocolate whirls and strawberries! Nomnom! But of course I eat it b4 3pm so I have time to be active and burn it off before bed :) )

    Personally, i find that one cheat meal is enough for me but if you’re starting out two is fine. But its really up to you!

    Great tips but I have a problem I don’t want to tell my parents because I am sure they won’t give me the support kneed and we are eating white rice everyday so what can I do? Like only eating the veggies am meat?
