    it can help to drink water or tea with your food.
    maybe you just need to get used to it, or it is not enough for you.
    for me it took some time getting used to eating less, green tea (no sugar) helps to keep me full for a long time.

    Hmmm… I want to ask what is your hair color? I love that hair color!
