I love this video you stay so realistic and clear. You are very convinced that it works to just think about what you eat and you convinced and motivated me. It’s a good thing that you mentioned that everybody is allowed to have a bad day and they can continue to eat healthy after that day. I always feel bad about bad days. Tnx!
(2) BMR means how much to burn just by living (like if you were in a coma, it’s the amount of cals you would burn to stay alive). You should NEVER eat below this because you risk damaging your metabolism and can also damage your body over time. Google a BMR calculator and use that number as your minimum amount of food. And don’t take my word for it! You can read about this online and I am 100% confident your doctor will agree if you explain how much you have been eating. Good luck!
no prob I would just hate for someone to go thru what I did…it sucked and I regretted it. And yes, actually! I was a healthy weight and that’s why I didn’t think anything of it. I actually thought I was doing a good thing because I was slim and looked healthy (they key word is” looked”…I wasn’t actually healthy) and ate healthy foods (vegan). Obesity runs in my family so I was afraid to get fat and thought I was doing the right thing. Turns out, eating less than your BMR is really really bad

Yea probably because your body is so used to eating so little. Just because you aren’t hungry anymore doesn’t mean you are doing your body any good on that little amount of cals. If you continue, you will eventually end up gaining more weight because you will damage your metabolism. Happened to me and it took me years to get back to a healthy weight. Think about it…
That’s what everyone says, but I’m full after 800-1200. I’m not hungry enough to eat any more…I don’t understand it
that is because you are eating too little. 800-1200 cals is way too low
yes… it is bad and you will get many health problems if you continue. Ask you doctor and they can help explain.

I know how you feel, I’m fairly slim (I have skinny arms and legs) but I have a kinda chubby stomach. I think it’s because I have a slow metabolism. I really only eat about 800 or 1200 calories max. Problem is, I never eat, but when I eat, I’m craving salt and sugar and my choices aren’t so good.

There are also casting agencies. You get the opportunity to work in soaps,tv,and film work as an extra. They are not fussy who they take on. They like all looks.
Yes my issue is that I’m not big enough to be plus size but no where near thin enough to be a regular model.
