The bmi isn’t very accurate as it doesn’t take into account what your weight is made up of (for example muscle mass vs. fat)
It would be a shame for you not to burn fat when other normal people accomplish it easily with Stupid Simple Slimming (go google it).
It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when these people accomplish it so easily using Xvelte Slimming Formula (search for it on google).

BMI has nothing to do with your bodyfat..it simply is an indecator (more of a guesstimate) of the range of your weight as a whole.

i don’t want to be mean just constructive critic… This video is very informative but the music in the almost foreground is very disturbing. i can almost not listen to what you are saying. maybe you could turn it down a little or choose another song… other than that good video thank you
I used to have a huge I mean huge gut and I started working out stopped eating all the fast foods and pastries. I have lost a lot of my stomach! My shirts r super big and my pants r baggy. Point is I have been feeling better and healthier! I always felt bad because my whole family used to judge me for being bigger than everyone else. And everyone at school would always stare at me. But now I have guys crushing on me and everyone complements me. Diets and working out has changed my whole life!

It took me only a week to see a change! And after a month, I definitely lost a few pounds! Right now, I’m really close to my goal!

BMI does NOT tell your body fat percentage. It only tells about if you’re overweight or underweight or healthy. and even if your bmi tells you are healthy it only means your weight is healthy you can still be skinny fat if you don’t exercise
doesn’t actually measure body fat at all, 80% of NFL players are considered Obese, it doesn’t take into consideration that fat weighs more than muscle.

I’ve cut out a lot of whites. Right now I’m using flax seed whole wheat bread, whole wheat flour..if I have to use sugar, I use sugar in the raw. So in that sense I’m getting better.: )
It could either be your diet or that you may not be consistent with working out. Stay away from simple refined starches such as white bread, white rice, and sugary foods that wil cause your blood sugar to spike and plument leaving you feeling blah. Also, you don’t have to work out for long periods of time. Short, but intense workouts are perfect!
It seems like here lately that my energy has decreased though. It’s getting more and more difficult to work out. It’s not a matter of not taking a break. I take a day to two days break but..I don’t know.

Yes, stress is a MAJOR factor along with temptations that can really cause the weight gain. Just write down your goals, schedule your workouts, prep your meals, and enjoy each little accomplishment along the way! You can do it!
This was so helpful. I subscribed and I love everything you taught today. I have gained so weight and now in my early 50′s and suffering for not taking it off right when my “clothes attacked me”. I loved what your dad said. So true! I have different sizes in my closet and it has been very costly to go that route. Thanks for sharing what you’ve been through and all that you’ve learned. Last summer I managed to lose 30 pounds, but I definitely let myself go completely and gained 60! Hopefully I’ll be able to get back to where I was, and this time stay there… Looking back at my food diaries though, I wasn’t depriving myself at all – But It was stress and lack of sleep from school and then temptations from family members which really caused me to fall off.
You’re probably at a healthy weight, but it wouldn’t be bad to want to build some lean muscle to tighten and tone your body!
